The Crosswalk Model:
Mentor-Mentee DEI Interactions
The role of the mentor is to get the mentee across the road.
If the mentor is only used to just walking into traffic and having the cars stop, and the mentee has only been familiar with digging a tunnel, troubles will ensue. The path forward must be decided together, and a successful
mentor and mentee will get to the other side in locked steps.
We agree to cross together and discuss how we will progress, together.
